How We Manage Your Shipment
Order Confirmation & Production
Once the purchase order is received, we confirm raw material availability, initiate production and assign a dedicated shipment manager to your order.
Quality Inspection
Every batch undergoes rigorous in-house quality checks. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) is arranged on request.
Packaging & Labeling
Products are packed as per destination country standards — ISPM-15 treated wooden crates, food-grade packaging, REACH-compliant materials and custom labeling.
Export Documentation
Our documentation team prepares all required paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificates, and more.
Customs Clearance (India)
We handle Indian export customs filing (Shipping Bill), port handling, stuffing and CFS charges. Your cargo is cleared and loaded onto the vessel or aircraft.
Shipment Tracking & Delivery
Real-time shipment tracking updates are shared throughout the journey. We coordinate with destination customs agents for smooth import clearance at your end.
Complete Export
Documentation Support
